On Saturday, 21 December 2024, the village of Angorankoi was filled with the magic of Christmas during a Christmas tree celebration organised for the village children. This festive occasion, marked by sharing, joy and solidarity, brought together young and old around values that are dear to our community.

Thanks to the efforts of the organising committee, volunteers and generous partners, more than [number] children received gifts and treats and took part in a range of activities:

A visit from Father Christmas
Distribution of personalised gifts
Musical entertainment and traditional dances
A communal snack with local food and drink
Games, storytelling and creative workshops

The event created a warm atmosphere where children could marvel, have fun and fully experience the spirit of Christmas. It also strengthened intergenerational ties and community spirit within the village.

We would like to thank everyone involved: the donors, artists, organisers and residents who contributed to the success of this wonderful day. Thanks to you, the magic of Christmas lit up Angorankoi.
